Not only is “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” known for booking major musical acts including Coldplay, 50 Cent, No Doubt, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Franz Ferdinand, Death Cab for Cutie and... Neil Diamond, but it also has a knack for recognizing up-and-coming musical artists. Get on one of the most popular national late night talk shows and propel your band into the spotlight! To be eligible, all band members need to be 21 years of age.
Available slots: 2 artists / bands
1. Each band member must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Each band must be able to grant to the folks who produce the Kimmel Show a free license that permits them to record the Band playing live on the Kimmel Show, and to broadcast or distribute those performances of the Band's song or songs (including clips) as a part of the Kimmel Show or in commercials, advertisements or other promotional materials for the Kimmel Show, everywhere across the world that the Kimmel Show can presently, or may in the future, be watched or accessed (but not in movie theaters) for at least 5 years.
3. Each band must be able to promise to the folks who produce the Kimmel Show that they each have the freedom to appear on the Kimmel Show and perform their songs without anyone else saying that the band cannot do any of those things (such as, for example, a record label or music publisher with which the band may have signed an exclusive contract).
4. Each band must be able to sign any additional paperwork that the Kimmel Show folks may ask them to sign that is related to the band's appearance on the Kimmel Show.
