10 semi-finalist bands with the largest fan growth will be selected from this casting call on 8/28.

Semi-finalists will then participate in the Book the Band voting competition at Facebook.com/virginmobilelive from 8/29 – 9/4. The 5 bands with the most votes will perform at Virgin Mobile Freefest on 9/10.
